The data processing within the chat takes place at the chat provider, who processes the data exclusively according to our instructions.

Display of fonts

To make the website visit attractive, we use external fonts from Google fonts. These fonts are downloaded from servers of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google does not use cookies to provide the service. However, we do not know whether the IP address of the user’s terminal device is transmitted to Google and stored. E – Cookies

1 – General

In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your end device. a) Google Analytics

Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. b) Google Adwords Remarketing/Conversion Tracking

Our website uses the service Google Adwords. Google AdWords is an online advertising program of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). The remarketing feature allows us to show users of our website ads based on their interests on other websites within the Google display network (on Google itself, so-called “Google Ads”, or on other websites). Within the scope of the so-called conversion tracking, a cookie is stored on your computer/device when you click on an advertisement placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, do not contain any personal data and therefore do not serve for personal identification.

c) Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows us to manage so-called website tags via an interface (and thus integrate e.g. Google Analytics and other Google marketing services into our online offering). The Tag Manager itself (which implements the tags) does not process any personal user data. d) LinkedIn

We use the retargeting tool and conversion tracking of LinkedIn Ireland, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland (“LinkedIn”). For this purpose, our website incorporates the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which enables LinkedIn to collect statistical, pseudonymous information about your visit and use of our website and to provide us with aggregated statistics based on this information. Among other things, the following information is usually collected:

F – Duration of data storage

We only store personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed or if you have revoked your consent. Insofar as legal retention periods must be observed, e.g. commercial and tax law, the storage period for certain data can be up to 10 years.

Created chat logs are deleted within one working day.


G – Your rights as a data subject

Upon request, you will receive information free of charge at any time about all personal data that we have stored about you.


b) Rectification, erasure, restriction of processing (blocking), opposition

If you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data or if the data has become incorrect, we will, upon your instruction, arrange for the deletion or blocking of your data or make the necessary corrections (as far as this is possible under the applicable law). H – Right of revocation in case of consents with effect for the future

You may revoke any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. Data for billing and accounting purposes are not affected by a cancellation/revocation or deletion. Your revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the previous processing.
