We collect this data on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO in order to be able to guarantee the security of our website from time to time.
If you have contacted us by e-mail, for example, your details, such as name, first name, e-mail address, your message, will be processed solely for the purpose of processing and handling your enquiry.
This data is processed by us on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 a) DSGVO.
Transmission of your data to third parties
The data processing within the chat takes place at the chat provider, who processes the data exclusively according to our instructions.
We use certain cookies that store your IP address. This serves to analyse the user behaviour on our websites, to optimise our online offer. Please also refer to section E. b) Google Analytics.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 I f) DSGVO for the analysis of user behaviour and optimisation of our website.

Google-Fonts uses servers located in the USA. The EU Commission has certified in an adequacy finding, the EU-US Privacy Shield, that the level of data protection in the above countries is identical to that in the EU. E – Cookies
1 – General
In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your end device. 2 – On the use of Google advertising tools:
a) Google Analytics
Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use the stored information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.

Please note that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. As a result, IP addresses are stored exclusively in anonymous form, a direct personal reference in connection with the stored data is thus excluded.
b) Google Adwords Remarketing/Conversion Tracking
Our website uses the service Google Adwords. Google AdWords is an online advertising program of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). The remarketing feature allows us to show users of our website ads based on their interests on other websites within the Google display network (on Google itself, so-called “Google Ads”, or on other websites). Within the scope of the so-called conversion tracking, a cookie is stored on your computer/device when you click on an advertisement placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, do not contain any personal data and therefore do not serve for personal identification.
You can disable interest-based ads on Google and interest-based Google ads on the web (within the Google display network) in your browser by clicking the “Off” button at http://www.google.de/settings/ads.
c) Google Tag Manager
We use the retargeting tool and conversion tracking of LinkedIn Ireland, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland (“LinkedIn”). For this purpose, our website incorporates the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which enables LinkedIn to collect statistical, pseudonymous information about your visit and use of our website and to provide us with aggregated statistics based on this information. Among other things, the following information is usually collected:

This information is also used to display interest-specific and relevant offers and recommendations to you after you have informed yourself about certain services, information and offers on the website. The relevant information is stored in a cookie.

F – Duration of data storage
We only store personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed or if you have revoked your consent. Insofar as legal retention periods must be observed, e.g. commercial and tax law, the storage period for certain data can be up to 10 years.
Created chat logs are deleted within one working day.
G – Your rights as a data subject
Upon request, you will receive information free of charge at any time about all personal data that we have stored about you.
b) Rectification, erasure, restriction of processing (blocking), opposition
If you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data or if the data has become incorrect, we will, upon your instruction, arrange for the deletion or blocking of your data or make the necessary corrections (as far as this is possible under the applicable law). The same applies if we are to process data in the future only to a limited extent.

H – Right of revocation in case of consents with effect for the future
You may revoke any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. Data for billing and accounting purposes are not affected by a cancellation/revocation or deletion. Your revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the previous processing.
